NSC Parking Rules to Be Enforced, Permits Available for Purchase
For much of the pandemic, parking rules on the North Seattle College campus were not enforced while virtual classes and remote work predominated. As more classes return to in-person instruction and more employees return to their offices, it is important that we also return to managing our parking facilities responsibly. As a result, we will begin requiring parking permits Winter Quarter 2023 and will begin enforcing parking rules on Monday, Jan. 9.
North is implementing license plate recognition (LPR) technology, so parking permits will be virtually linked to your vehicle license plate. Permits must be purchased online or through employee payroll deduction. Please do not visit the campus cashier to purchase a permit.
Follow these steps to purchase a permit and register your vehicle:
- Go to the T2 Portal
- Click “LOGIN” at the top of the screen
- Log in with your “MySeattleColleges” credentials (firstname.lastname/password)
- Click “Get Permits”
- Select your permit type:
- Employee permits are preselected based on %FTE
- Register up to two vehicles’ license plates or make edits to your account
- Pay with a valid credit card and note your permit expiration date
- Log out
Those employed 67% or more desiring payroll deduction for a Parking Permit may complete their request online by clicking here. You will need to add your vehicle information to the payroll deduction form. Once approved, follow these steps to register a second vehicle:
- Go to the T2 Portal
- Click “LOGIN” at the top of the screen
- Log in with your “MySeattleColleges” credentials (firstname.lastname/password)
- Click “View Your Permit”
- Register up to 2 vehicles license plates or make edits to your account
- Log out
